Just a dose of encouragement for someone this week. We are halfway through the year, and around this time, we tend to get caught up in the flow of the year. We find that a lot of the plans we made get thrown out of the window, and this can be for a number of reasons.
This is a word to tell you to keep going. To the person who may have slacked off a little and to the person that hasn’t, the message remains the same. Earlier on in the year I wrote a blog post titled ‘trust the process’, and since then my understanding of everything being a process has developed and given me peace of mind when it comes to the things I want to do. This means don’t go according to my plans, I’m able to keep on going. Plus with God how can I fail?
You may have to make adjustments to things at this point of the year and that’s fine, make those adjustments and get right back to it.
In a fast paced world remember not to run anyone else’s race but your own, otherwise you’ll lose. God has made each of us uniquely, and therefore everyone’s path is different. Have faith in the fact that everything will happen at its time.
“May God, who gives this patience and encouragement, help you live in complete harmony with each other, as is fitting for followers of Christ Jesus.”
Romans 15:5 NLT
